John Galt economics.
Our Economic Systems - Beliefnet Forums: "Randism is the best example of a secular relgion out there with the exception of Scientology. I have disassociated my self completely from objectivism and Randism, and refer to John Galt economics/philosophy when discussing the issues raised in Rand's novels. That offends everybody!"

Ah, you can run but you cannot hide from a simple economic truth: if a giant asteroid were to collide with Earth and the entire population perished save for two people, eventually each would pursue what they valued, utilizing their unique skills to acquire it; they would then meet and trade value for value for mutual benefit. It is in the nature of humans to trade.
